Sam and Joyce Zanze has created a gem of a place that specializes in cheesecake exclusively. The cheesecake is a crust-less, cloudlike, European-style cheesecake. There are only a few optional toppings like sour cherries in kirsch or chocolate shavings, and for the holidays, a pumpkin cream flavor is added. Call ahead.
