He now comes to Bookshop Santa Cruz for a special reading, discussion, book signing, and Q&A session. He will discuss his new book, On Message, which illustrates how effective communicators understand the power of narrative, emotion, and simple messaging, and posits that having a personal, emotional narrative is the basis for all successful communication.
