Finally, you don't have to choose between working out and networking. Join YPOSF for our first ever 'networkout' at Studiomix to mingle and break a sweat with fellow members after work.Join us starting at 6pm to network and grab complimentary a Happy Moose Juice or GTs Kombucha and healthy snacks from Bare to fuel your workout. Plus, enter to win one free month at Studiomix (valued at $165, good for first time members/guests and may be gifted.) Then choose between Turbo Kick at 6:45 pm (60 min) or Express Cycle at 7:00 pm (45 min). See class descriptions below, both will end at 7:45 pm.RSVP for your desired class - space is limited to 15 people per class.
Stick around after your workout to continue networking and grab some more snacks before heading home.
About the Classes
Turbo Kick® is an interval based, full body workout that begins w/ a sports-specific warm up. Move into high-paced intervals w/ kickboxing, resistance, & endurance training sequences using easy-to-follow combinations.
Express Cycle is a 45-minute high intensity studio cycle class to get your heart rate going w/ sprint intervals & challenging climbs.
