Yoso will be the first Pop-Up in the bay area for a fun new restaurant concept. We will be showcasing a 9-12 course omakase tasting menu. The goal is to take traditonal raw fish preparations and reinvent them in a way that encourages guests to see sashimi in a new light. The dishes will be far more complex (and delicous) than your typical raw fish on a plate with soy, and pickled ginger. Through sourcing the best fish and pairing it with local, fresh, seasonal ingredients we will arouse your palate with an enticing progression of flavors and textures.
