I inspire self-empowerment in my students through confidence, celebration and contagious energy. I fell in love with the group fitness experience and have been teaching group exercise for 6+ years. Most recently I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali and manage the CorePower Yoga studio in Downtown San Francisco. I'm involved in Power Yoga Teacher Trainings around the city and hope to empower my students to shine their light on and off their mat.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Please have ID ready if you are planning to buy and drink Eristavi wine.
Can I bring my own wine?
No. Yogis are welcome to buy Eristavi wine by the glass or by the bottle at the event.
What can I bring into the event?
All items necessary to flow through an hour yoga class.
Will mats be provided?
BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) is encouraged. We will have limited mats to rent ($2) on a first come first serve basis.
Can I purchase a drop-in at the door?
Yes! Drop-in rate is $15 at the door.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Street parking is readily avilable near the winery. We encourage Ubering/Lyfting to the event.
