Yoga Gathering: Free A Wanderlust Pre-festival Event

This Wanderlust kick-off is all about celebrating the vibrancy of our community! We are gearing up for the Wanderlust festival - Come join us for a yoga class taught collaboratively by Chad Stose (Yoga Kula Teacher), Megan Lipsett, and Allie Stark. There will be live music and dancing, of course. Radiant foods will be provided with the help of Epic Self. The ladies at COPIA Health will lead a discussion about how to practice sustainable self-care for the vitality of yourself, your community, and the environment. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
Cost: By Donation (suggested $10). All of the money raised by the event with benefit The Integral Yoga Institute's Yoga in Schools Program.
