Neck and shoulders are two of the most common places we carry tension and stress from the modern life. In this workshop, Sachiko will guide you explore ways to adapt, modify and adjust basic standing, seated, twisting and supine asanas so you can develop a home practice to relieve, manage and prevent pain.
This workshop is open to all level of students. Previous exposure to Iyengar Yoga is recommended but not required.
