Let’s ring in the new year with an invigorating detox yoga practice and find focus through guided meditation.
In this workshop, we'll start with a 30 minute interactive talk about various breathing techniques (pranayama) and yoga poses (asana) specifically designed to cleanse, purify, and soothe. We'll then put what you've learned into motion through a 90 minute moderately paced Vinyasa flow (get ready to sweat) ending with guided meditation. Finally, there will be 30 minutes at the end for questions and take away solutions for your home practice. All levels welcome
Please make sure to bring something to jot down notes and a bottle of water. I recommend eating at least an hour before the workshop so you can more easily practice the breathing techniques. Some yoga mats and all props will be provided, but please do bring your own mat if you can.
