Come to restore and re-align your posture, take deep breaths, slow down, reflect, digest, regulate the energy & your immune system, inviting healing and deep relaxation. This practice is great for beginners and a special treat to regular Vinyasa yogis. Crystal bowl sound meditation, hot vortex stones, massage balls are often used in our classes. Fantastic for all levels & all ages. We suggest you invite someone you care about to destress before dinner.
