Wu Yee Children's Services is making a difference in the lives of San Francisco's children. We provide much-needed early child care and education that sets children living below the poverty line on the life-long road to success. We also connect their families with public benefits and other resources, provide Early Learning Scholarships for those not eligible for federally-funded programs, and provide licensing and other support to entrepreneurs looking to start child care businesses. We believe that to raise the child, we must raise the family, and the community - and that when we raise the child right, we raise SF.
For the first time since 2019, our annual fundraiser is returning to an in-person event held at Chinatown's own China Live! The two-tiered event starts off with a (SOLD-OUT!) Piano Benefit Recital by Chris and Michelle Kuo of Two Piano Journey and dinner by George Chen. The second part of the event is a Shanghai Speakeasy Style Soiree with live music by the sensuous Ajuana Black, casino games, and scrumptious food.
Ticket proceeds and money raised during the event goes straight to our Equity in Education Fund. The goal is $100,000! So dress up, come out, and have a good time for a good cause.
Join event co-chairs Christopher Kuo and Victoria J. Chin, Honorary Committee, Host Committee, Planning Committee, Sponsors, and Board members to make a difference in the lives of SF's children by attending the fundraiser of the year.
