Helene Wecker is the author of The Golem and the Jinni, which was nominated for the Nebula Award and the World Fantasy Award and won the Mythopoeic Award.
Joyce Maynard's latest book is Under the Influence. She's also written 15 other books, including the novels After Her and To Die For and the best-selling memoir, At Home in the World. Her novel, Labor Day, became a movie, adapted and directed by Jason Reitman, and starring Kate Winslet and Josh Brolin. She was a columnist for the New York Times, whose Domestic Affairs column also appeared in 50 newspapers nationwide.
