The Marine Science Institute invites you to celebrate World Oceans Day with us on June 6th, 2014! We will be offering two boat trips aboard our 90 foot Research Vessel, the Robert G. Brownlee.
Voyages depart at 1pm and 3pm. Each two hour voyage features a unique window into San Francisco Bay. We'll deploy our net to catch a sample of fish from the Bay, bring up a sample of the bottom and examine what interesting invertebrates inhabit the sea floor, and peek into the world of plankton. There is no better way to learn about the amazing ecology of San Francisco Bay!
Prices range $20 - $30. Must be at least 5 years old.
