The Capitola Book Cafe presents another installment in its monthly World Affairs Book Club meetings. This month's selection entitled Games Without Rules: The Often-Interrupted History of Afghanistan by Tamim Ansary, the author of Destiny Disrupted and West of Kabul, East of New York. For this book, Tamim draws from his Afghan background, Muslim roots, and Western and Afghan sources to explain Afghanistan's history from the inside out to attempt to illuminate the long, internal struggle that the outside world has never fully understood.
