What is Workato Jam:
Workato Jam is a half day, hands-on workshop where Workato experts will help you strategize, build, and test integration recipes for one of your current or upcoming projects. In just one day, you’ll go from discussing the processes you wish were automated, to creating a working automation you can use for your business.
Workato Jam will give you an opportunity to experience the Workato philosophy of building innovative solutions through rapid iterations first hand. The workshop is divided into multiple sessions that will accelerate your learning, empower you to tackle your company’s future integration challenges, and most importantly, leave you with tangible results!
What you will accomplish:

What you will build:
Build a digital command center on Slack!
Combine the power of WorkBot (Workato's Slackbot) with menus,buttons, slash commands to build powerful approval workflows; get relevant, contextual notifications in real time to stay on top of your work; get more done in less time from Slack by eliminating the need to log into multiple apps, navigate myriads of screens and browse irrelevant information. Access the power of apps that run your business and do more with those apps without having to logging into them!
Together, we will take on the challenges of building workflows for your business. Here are some examples of the things we can do with Workato recipes:
Approval Workflows - Review and approve expense reports, invoices, hiring requests, procurement requests, bug fixes or any other task directly from Slack.
Interactive Chatbots- Build your own interactive chatbot to automate tasks e.g. reviewing list of opportunities, status of customer support or engineering ticket; post updates to tickets, respond to customer queries directly from Slack; Assign tasks/tickets from Slack without havign to login to JIRA or Zendesk.
Intelligent Notifications- Get notified in real time when an opportunity stage gets updated in Salesforce, payment occurs or fails in Stripe, email from a high value customer is sent to CS, lead is generated from downloaded content, webinar or other events.
