The Winter Solstice marks the darkest day of the year in the northern hemisphere. It is a potent time to connect with and honor the cycles of nature, and play with the dance of light and dark in our lives.

We gather to acknowledge these challenging times AND
celebrate all that is wonder-full around you and within you!
Bring your intentions, prayers and move what you need to move~
Spaciously facilitated~

Beginner and experienced dancers welcome~
How and if you move is up to you~
Stillness, journaling, rest, meditation, stretching all welcome~
Think of this as a deep self-care ritual~

GOOD TO KNOW:

Negative same-day covid home test required (photo ok).
Size is limited to approx 15 women in 1800sf space with lots of open windows and air flow.
Masks optional (for all, some or none of the time).
Payment is sliding scale: $20-50.
No refunds or transfers. (If state/county guidelines require us to switch online, full refunds will be available.)
