Imbolc is a traditional Celtic celebration marking the halfway point between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox, and heralds the end of the darkest quarter of the year. It's a potent time to play with the dance of light and dark in our lives.
We gather to acknowledge these challenging times AND
celebrate all that is wonder-full around you and within you!
Bring your intentions, prayers and move what you need to move~
Spaciously facilitated~
Beginner and experienced dancers welcome~
How and if you move is up to you~
Stillness, journaling, rest, meditation, stretching all welcome~
Think of this as a deep self-care ritual~

WHAT WOMEN ARE SAYING
ABOUT THE AT-HOME DANCE EXPERIENCE:
"I just finished dancing and it was magical. I went into it very physically tired (I moved house this week so lots of unpacking) and walked out so full of life and energy. The intention that I set at the start flowed through me so strongly during the dance and I was overwhelmed with gratitude by the end (for literally everything and anything in this world!)" -K
"I'm really enjoying dancing. It's the first thing I've done in the pandemic which was as good or better than the former - live, in person/non-electronic way. I really can dance like no one is watching!" ~I
