THESE CIRCLES ARE FOR YOU IF:

- Covid and life challenges are wearing you thin, you feel distress/stress and yearn to release and renew, center and ground.

- You need some support to get off your butt and move your body and spirit, knowing it's really okay to dance at your own pace for any reason, including body challenges or health issues.

- You feel called to be part of a women's circle (that will be doing more than just talking) and feel drawn to the safety and deep presence of shared sacred temple time.

- You're starting to really understand that self-care on a body/soul level is essential to your sanity.
