Meet the Moderator:

Kriz Bell, the quick list is writer and filmmaker, with a fondness for f-words like foodie, feminism and family. My background in media started with 16mm black and white student films in a land far away, fondly referred to as early 90’s SF / NYC / NOLA. From there I spent a stretch happily paying my dues as the right-hand to New York Times best-selling author Terry McMillan. Catapulted into Silicon Valley by way of dot-com boom 2.0, I’ve since been lending my skills as a storyteller to agencies and the brands that love them, like Google, Apple, Cisco as well as using my words to make workplaces more equitable for underrepresented folks. An avid traveler, blogger (It’s Wonderful Being A Girl) and single mama, I believe #RepresentationMatters. I have a TV show, Hens in the Hood, in development, and I don’t miss an opportunity to use my power for good. My priority remains working on projects that bring all women's stories to the forefront. Find me online as @krizbell.
