Wit and Wisdom - See the dreamer examines his pillow

SEE EVENT DETAILS
at Phoenix Theater (see times)
It starts with a man in a basement asking his refrigerator for guidance. the dreamer examines his pillow, by John Patrick Shanley—author of Doubt (2008) and Moonstruck (1987)—is a “heterosexual homily”about the difficulties surrounding art, sex, personal responsibility and love.

Come to the Phoenix Theater in San Francisco between March 27 and April 4 to experience this comedy of anguish, directed by Rose Haag, starring Reuben Alvear, Thomas Cokenias, and Mary Marxen.

The three characters grapple with the nature of love and passion, trying desperately to fix themselves and each other. But everything unfolds in bizarre, inevitable ways in spite of the characters’ most valiant efforts to take control of their fate.
