Wise Women: A Celebration of Wisdom in Our Lives and Our Selves

SEE EVENT DETAILS
In "Wise Women," Eth-Noh-Tec invites us to reflect on the wisdom offered by our ancestors, appreciated at the time or not, and dip into our own well of wisdom gathered over the years, known or yet to be discovered.

This gathering will weave together performances of true and traditional tales that hope to be springboards into shared conversations exploring, discovering and acknowledging the wisdom within us and between us. Join us!

* Register for the event: http://bit.ly/wisewomen2022
Tickets: $15-$25

ABOUT THE ARTISTS:

Nancy Wang and Robert Kikuchi-Yngojo have shared Eth-Noh-Tec's artistic directorship since 1981. Nancy's dance, choreography, playwriting and theater experience synthesizes with Robert's musical talents, composing, visual arts, writing and theater into a unique interdisciplinary expression of East and West to tell age-old Asian folktales and contemporary Asian American stories

--

Each year, the United States of Asian American Festival (USAAF) presents up to 20 different programs reflecting the artistic accomplishments and cultural diversity of San Francisco's Pacific Islander and Asian American communities. For the full lineup: bit.ly/USAAF2022calendar.

USAAF 2022 is funded by the San Francisco Arts Commission, San Francisco Grants for the Arts, California Arts Council, Zellerbach Family Foundation, and #startsmall.
