Winter Rose Pruning Demo at the Rose Garden in Golden Gate Park

Please join us on Sunday, January 8 at 12 pm in the Golden Gate Park Rose Garden for our annual Winter pruning demonstration. The gardener from the Rose Garden, Kleyton, will be on hand to provide demonstrations in correctly pruning your rose in order for it to perform well and remain healthy through the growing season. We will also be giving short workshops on how to start a new rose plant from a trim or cut from the prunings. Consulting Rosarians will be on hand to answer your questions. Our classic book, "Growing Roses in the San Francisco Bay Area and Other Maritime-Influenced Climates," will be sold at the demo. Price: $24.
