Winter Park at Civic Center will be set up to showcase a number of special events on the ice; including themed dance and skate parties, a First Responders celebration, donation drives, a family friendly drag queen event and more.
As part of the effort to make Winter Park a place for both visitors and locals alike, the Tenderloin Community Benefit Program is inviting each child attending public school (grades K-12) in the Tenderloin district the opportunity to get out on the ice for free.

Celebrate the inaugural season of skating and holiday festivities in the heart of San Francisco. The ceremony will feature entertainment on the ice, guest appearances from local dignitaries and notables, a DJ, family-friendly activities sponsored by Xfinity, and more.

This festive lighting of the Civic Center tree features live entertainment, a toy giveaway, take and make crafts and goodies for the kids to enjoy.

The T-Mobile Winter Park at Civic Center and 106.1KMEL are teaming up to help those in need for the holidays. Join 106.1KMEL's Big Von November 22 from 2-7pm for Hip Hop for Hunger! Free skate admission for the first 100 people to donate to the food drive. All donations will go to the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development organization. $10 admission (includes skate rental) for anyone who donates after the first 100.

Learn to Curl | December 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29, 2019 | 10:30am - 11:30am
Instructors from the Granite Curling Club will offer curling lessons every Sunday at The Winter Park at Civic Center. Attendees will grab their brooms and learn the ins and outs of this fun winter sport that's sweeping the nation. Lessons are rain or shine! Tickets are $20. Space is limited to 30 participants per session.
