Winter Breema Intensive Weekend

February 10-12; Saturday 9:30-5:30, Sunday 9:30-8:30, Monday 9:30-5:30
A Breema Intensive is an opportunity to enter into and practice "the art of being present," and to gain first-hand experience of Breema's Nine Principles of Harmony. In each class, you'll learn and practice Self-Breema exercises and Breema bodywork sequences that help to create a new unified relationship between the body, mind and feelings.
The Intensive will include an in-depth introduction to the Nine Principles of Harmony. Jon Schreiber, the Breema Center's director, and author of several books about Breema, will be instructing classes daily.
Both new and experienced students from around the world come each year to study at Breema Intensives and to benefit from Breema's practical approach to living harmoniously.
Participate for one class, one day, or up to six days. Discounts are available for first-time Intensive students, and for all students registered by 1/23. Contact us for detailed information about any aspect of the Intensive.
As Breema is floor-based participants must be comfortable sitting, kneeling, and working on a padded floor.
Continuing Education: The Breema Center is approved to offer continuing education for massage therapists, nurses, LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs. $10 processing fee applies.
