Winemaker Dinner at Donato Enoteca – Featuring wines from Bele Casel and Isole e Olena wineries

What: Sit down to a beautifully prepared Italian meal prepared by Chef Donato Scotti of
Donato Restaurant Group paired with select vintages from the Bele Casel and Isole e
Olena wineries.

Isole e Olena
Perched atop a hillside in the heart of the Chianti region, Isole e Olena is where
winemaker Paolo De Marchi makes some of Italy’s best known “Super Tuscan” wines.
His wines are uniquely known for their freshness contrasted with intensity. In 1980,
Paolo pioneered his flagship wine, Cepparello, which is made from 100% Sangiovese
and has set the standard for the Sangiovese movement in Italy.

Bele Casel
Sibling winemakers Danilo and Luca Ferraro make high-quality, organically farmed
Prosecco at their small, family-fun vineyard in Treviso, Italy, between the towns of
Conegliano and Valdobbiadene in a little known subzone of the Prosecco DOCG-Asolo
Superiore.

When: Thursday, May 8 th at 6:30pm

Donato Enoteca offers true and honest contemporary Italian cuisine from Executive
Chef Donato Scotti. Homemade pastas, wood-burning oven pizzas, meat and fish
