Let's get together and wine to help ourselves feel better! We have a large number of "wine lovers" in this group so I figure it's time we gathered together for a little social. Along with this class I'm planning on hosting a "Wine-Down Wednesday" event monthly @ different wine bars around San Francisco.
This event is a special wine tasting & education class. This is a great opportunity to come out and try 8 amazing wines and learn about different types of wines, glassware for each wine, how they're made, and what good "wine etiquette" is.
This class and social will give you the knowledge to impress friends, family, or loved ones.
The tasting & education will take about 2.5 hours which will include details and history about each of the 8 wines. You don't have to drink the entire tasting for each wine (it adds up to quite a bit). The goal is to get awesome wine education, snag some take-home material, and meet some others who would love to explore some local wine bars with you. We'll have a little social for the last hour where we can grab some food or have a glass of wine!
We'll have crackers, cheese, and chocolate to pair with certain wines as well.
