Fundraiser for Undocumented Victims of the Sonoma Fires
In partnership with the San Francisco Global Shapers, Wine Down, and UndocuFund, join us on November 20 to support undocumented immigrants and their families to help with expenses incurred directly as a result of the fires.
When you’re closing out your tab, just let us know how much you’d like to donate, and our friends at Wine Down will match it. They’ll also sell bottles (to enjoy there or to-go) from small North Bay wineries and donate a portion of the proceeds to fire relief.

It’s been incredibly difficult to watch the fires affect the lives and livelihoods of our friends and neighbors.
Let’s all try to remember the people and businesses affected by these fires will only be in the early phases of putting the pieces back together. During the coming months, our North Bay community will need us more than ever.
An estimated 28,000 undocumented immigrants live and work in Sonoma County. Unlike other victims of the fires that have devastated Sonoma County, undocumented immigrants do not qualify for assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Lack of immigration status, limited English proficiency, and fear of immigration enforcement will also impede their access to disaster-relief services, even when they are eligible. Lack of familiarity or comfort with law enforcement, county departments, and financial institutions present additional barriers. Consequently, the fire victims will face significant challenges in meeting urgent needs and rebuilding their lives here in Sonoma County where the cost of living is very high.

En colaboración con los Global Shapers de San Francisco, Wine Down y UndocuFund recolectaremos fondos para proveer de ayuda a todos los inmigrantes indocumentados y a sus familias tras la tragedia que ha arrasado Sonoma como consecuencia de los brutales incendios en las últimas semanas.
Únete a nosotros en este evento el próximo 20 de Noviembre donde podrás hacer tu donación de forma muy sencilla: al pedir la cuenta en la barra del Wine Down dinos cuánto quieres donar y lo haremos posible! También encontrarás botellas en venta (para consumir allí o para llevarte a casa) y sets de vinos procedentes de pequeñas bodegas al Norte de la Bahía que donarán una parte de los beneficios para ayudar a los afectados por el fuego.
Está siendo increíblemente difícil ver cómo estos incendios han afectado la vida y los medios de subsistencia de nuestros familiares y amigos.
No podemos olvidar que las personas y negocios afectados por el fuego apenas están en la fase inicial de recuperación de sus vidas. Por tanto, ahora más que nunca nuestra comunidad nos necesita y lo seguirá haciendo en los próximos meses.
