Our newly released Bourbon Barrel-aged Sake has been the bestselling product at our brewery since its release at the end of January. We are excited to expand the Barrel-aged family with two new styles; White and Red wine barrels.
Get ready to experience our next two barrel-aged sake. We invite you to try the first-ever Napa California Wine barrel-aged sake. We started with our Junmai-Ginjo sake, then stored it in a white wine and a red wine barrels, which were provided by award-winning Matthiasson Winery. The sake slowly breathes in the aromas of the barrels, producing buttery tones of vanilla, coconut, that are embraced with rich citrus flavors of lemon and grapefruit.
On Sunday, April 8th, you will have the opportunity to taste our first Wine Barrel-aged sake before anyone else. Chef Erik Aplin will prepare some special hors-d'oeuvre for this event. You will also get to taste ALL of the sakes available at Sequoia Sake.
