We believe that everyone should experience the joy of cooking and sharing delicious meals at home, and that learning to cook and loving to cook go hand in hand. We’ve opened our first cooking school to teach you everything we’ve learned from over 50 years in the kitchen. With a focus on local, organic and sustainable ingredients, our classes cover a range of topics from the basics of learning to cook, to mastering specific techniques, or exploring a new cuisine. In each class, small groups of students prepare, cook and share meals together in our fully-outfitted kitchen with expert demonstrations and hands-on instruction from our resident professional chefs. Open to all skill levels — from complete beginners to advanced cooks — they offer a fun, relaxing and educational environment in which students will learn how to master and recreate techniques and dishes in their own home kitchens. Each month brings a new lineup of cooking classes to your local Williams-Sonoma store. Learn about cuisines from around the world – and close to home – from our talented chefs and culinary experts.
FRIDAY, APRIL 5TH: SPRING DINNER - COOKING IN SEASON!
Market bins piled with bright green vegetables - peas, fava beans, asparagus, leeks, delicate lettuces - signal the arrival of spring. Cooking is quick and easy this time of year! Join us and cook a beautiful and delicious spring dinner. Recipes ideas include: Little Gem Salad with Shaved Carrot, Sunflower Seeds & Dill Vinaigrette; Grilled Lamb Chops with Spring Herbs and Roasted Asparagus; Kiwi and Passion Fruit Panna Cotta.
This is a hands-on class.
