Did you know that October is ADHD Awareness Month? Join us for this in-person event with renowned ADHD expert, Dr. Edward Hallowell. His talk will be followed by an audience Q&A and books will be available for purchase at the venue.

Dr. Edward Hallowell, author of over 20 books on ADHD, will talk about his strengths-based approach and how to thrive with ADHD. Grounded in the latest neuroscience, Dr. Hallowell, an engaging raconteur, will provide inspiration for neurodiverse individuals as well as practical guidance about living a successful life with ADHD.

Edward (Ned) Hallowell, MD, is a board-certified child and adult psychiatrist and world authority on ADHD. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Tulane Medical School and was a Harvard Medical School faculty member for 21 years. He is the Founder of The Hallowell ADHD Centers in Boston, New York City, Mountain View and Seattle.

He has spent the past four decades helping thousands of adults and children live happy and productive lives through his strength-based approach to neurodiversity, and has ADHD and dyslexia himself.

A New York Times bestselling author, Dr. Hallowell's groundbreaking Distraction series, which began with Driven to Distraction, co-authored with Dr. John Ratey in 1994, sparked a revolution in the understanding of ADHD. His and Ratey's most recent book, ADHD 2.0: New Science and Essential Strategies for Thriving with Distraction draws on the latest neuroscience to provide both parents and adults with ADHD a plan for minimizing the downside and maximizing the benefits of ADHD at any age.
