White Tiger Qigong are Taoist Qigong exercises that harmonize the body, breath and mind. White Tiger Qigong specializes in extremely dynamic Qigong exercises known well in Wudang Mountain but has very little exposure in the West. Specialties include, Longevity Qigong, Medical Qigong, Qigong Breathing, Qigong Meditation, and Qigong based martial arts. In the White Tiger School there are 3 types of Qigong that practitioners learn for a balanced program which fit together like pieces of a puzzle: Sitting Qigong, Standing Qigong, Dynamic Qigong.
In every type of Qigong the body, mind, and breath are synchronized to become one. Whether moving, standing or sitting, every exercise requires these 3 harmonies. When the body, mind and breath become one, the spirit and the body can become unified.
