Wellness Wednesday at The Archery

Wednesday, May 24th, will be The Archery's first Wellness Wednesday!  A day celebrating health and mindfulness in the workplace.
Here's a list of activities for the day:
Yoga: 8:30am BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) 
Mindfulness Meditation and Q&A: 9:30am 
Happy Hour: 4:00pm - 5:00pm 
Wine, cheese, and delicious seasonal fruits from our local Gus's Market. 
All attendees are welcome to work for the day at The Archery after the conclusion of classes. (Typical $45.00 Day Pass waived). Drip coffee from our in-house roastery, Front Cafe, will be provided throughout the day. 
About our instructors: Yoga instructor Britt Peterson manages The Pad Studios in the Marina district & teaches both yoga & Pilates there, as well as for Square, Off the Grid & several in-home private sessions. She was certified to teach Yoga in Soho, New York at Yogaworks in 2014 by Master Teacher, Mary Ezraty.  She was certified to teach Pilates (both Math & Reformer) at EHS Pilates in the Mission in March of 2016. She teachs a Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative & Basics classes, modified to fit the level of students in front of her.  She provide a well-rounded class focusing on proper alignment, lightness & ease, as well as centering breath work and light meditation.  
Nkechi Deanna Njaka, MSc. is the founder of NDN and co-founder of Sitting Matters. She is a wellness and lifestyle expert combining her backgrounds in neuroscience, dance, nutrition and fashion to create a mindful and creative space for group and individual consulting, coaching and content creation.  
She attended Scripps College in Claremont, CA where she majored in neuroscience and dance and went on to complete an MSc. in Neuroscience at the University of Edinburgh. She attended the Institute of Integrated Nutrition and holds a certification in Holistic Health and Nutritional Counseling.
