In this webinar, panelists will walk families through the Self-Determination Program models and enrollment process. Attendees will be empowered to stay ahead of potential roadblocks by having a better understanding of requirements at each step, as well as the available resources and those who can provide support and assistance throughout.
Two webinar dates will be available to accommodate attendees' schedules. Each webinar will include a 45-minute presentation followed by a 30-minute, question-and-answer period. There is no need to attend both webinars. Webinars will be recorded.
