This time we will talk with our regional supervisor, Mrs. Caroline Hirons. Caroline, or Carrie as we call her, will discuss what does it mean to be a regional supervisor and the challenges that come with overseeing the management of several thousand units.
As you can imagine, the spectrum of problems needing Carrie's attention is wide, and we are looking forward to hearing her perspective on what she has to deal with on a daily basis.
