We Rise is a journey from start to finish. More than a group class moving through exercises without explanation, We Rise is an extension of personal training created and led by Ryan Miller. This class offers the benefits of one-on-one training in a small group setting. Class sizes is capped to maintain the hands on approach. Experience focusing on form, breath, intense core work, and mat Pilates — all with a goal to bring a deeper connection/awareness to how we move our bodies.
