Waterbar restaurant will host its annual OysterFest on Sunday, September 24. The event is a celebration of sustainable oysters, food, and fun on Waterbar's bayside piazza surrounded by magnificent views of the Bay Bridge, Treasure Island and the city skyline - as oyster enthusiasts "unhinge" their favorite delicacies. Guests will also enjoy live music and entertainment by a local band, Mercy and the Heartbeats. Like no other restaurant in the city, Waterbar has the largest and most eclectic selection of oysters in San Francisco.
Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit OysterFest's new partner, The Marine Mammal Center in Marin, which is dedicated to advancing global ocean conservation through rescue and rehabilitation, scientific research, and education.
