Waterbar restaurant will host its annual OysterFest, after a two-year pandemic pause on Sunday, August 28. The event is a celebration of sustainable oysters, food and fun on Waterbar's bayside patio surrounded by magnificent views of the Bay Bridge, Treasure Island and the city skyline - as oyster enthusiasts "unhinge" their favorite delicacies. Like no other restaurant in the city, Waterbar has the largest and most eclectic selection of oysters in San Francisco.
Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit The San Francisco Surfrider Foundation, which is dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world's oceans and beaches. OysterFest has raised over $120,000 for the organization in the last decade.
This outdoor festival will feature delicious small bites from oyster lovin' restaurants & farms including Waterbar, EPIC Steak, Mersea, Alley & Vine, Bix, China Live, and more.
Notable local wineries will also be on-hand including Allan Scott, Barnett Viney ards, Comptoir Wines, Cruse Wines Co., Dashe, Domaine Chandon, Duckhorn, DuMOL, Estate Wines Limited, Figuière Rosé, Gaston Chiquet, Goldeneye, Hourglass, Jackson Family Wines, La Bernarde, Love & Squalor, Nicholas Feuillatte, North Berkeley Imports, Patz & Hall, Portland Wine Co., Raventos, Tatomer Wines, Tormaresca and more. Beer from Trumer Pils will also be available.
