From handcrafted jewelry to antique trade beads, gems, crystals, and ancient finds. Walnut Creek Bead & Design Show returns to the Concord Plaza Hotel, March 3-5, featuring over 150 exhibits and workshops, presented by independent artisans, beadmakers, tradespeople.
Meet the artists, artisans, and tradespeople showcasing vast and eclectic displays, or watch designers and craftspeople demonstrate their work. The three-day event will fill the ballrooms and meeting space at Concord Plaza Hotel with exhibits and workshops.
Explore and shop from an amazing range of handcrafted and designer sourced media. Makers and designers will find high-quality bead merchants and suppliers, with findings, seed beads, gems, cabs, unusual components, and more.
Workshops in jewelry making techniques and skills are offered throughout the show. Participants can try their hand at mixed media and jewelry making techniques such as beadwork, chainmaille, pearl knotting, soldering, kumihimo, wire work, and Peyote beading.
