Walnut Creek Bead & Design Show has returned! This three-day event brings together a diverse group of independent artisans, beadmakers and tradespeople. From March 25-27, the show will fill the ballrooms and meeting space at Concord Plaza Hotel with over 150 artisan exhibits and interactive, hands-on workshops.
One-of-a-kind finds, handcrafted items, and artisan supplies await shoppers --products made with careful, meticulous detail, natural materials, and brilliant colors. Everything from bold accessories and eclectic components like handcrafted gold earrings and antique beads, to handcrafted homewares and artisan chocolates!
Makers and designers will find a great line-up of high-quality bead merchants, and suppliers, with trade beads, gold and silver findings, seed beads, gems, cabs, unusual components, and more, all at great prices.
Interactive workshops are offered throughout the show, and let you get creative and learn new skills. Try your hand at mixed media and jewelry making techniques such as beadwork, chainmaille, pearl knotting, soldering, kumihimo, wire work, and Peyote beading.
