A soundbath creates relaxation for the body, mind, and spirit. If this is your first time doing something like this, you’ll be happy to know you’ll leave the event feeling totally blissed out and filled up all the same time. Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, and/or blanket for extra comfort.
