In this workshop, you'll learn how to prepare the various seasoned veggies and other toppings that adorn most bowls of bibimbap and which can also be enjoyed on their own as part of Korea's traditional banchan, or small plates.
You'll also learn how to prepare a pot of savory kimchi stew to serve alongside bibimbap for a complete and completely satisfying meal.
