Arte Azul invites you to take part in an unforgettable day in the open grounds of the Mexican Heritage Plaza to celebrate the life and passion behind Frida Kahlo's paintings. Come sip on some margaritas in our VIP section and listen to live Mariachi as you admire paintings from local Chicano and Mexican artists. We will have a variety of food vendors plus Mexican antojitos for all guests to indulge. Frida themed photo booths will allow guests to capture the perfect selfies. Together, these elements are the perfect combination for a fun and festive atmosphere to celebrate one of Mexico's most renowned artists.
This year we are making this event kid friendly so the whole family can come out and enjoy this event. There will be a special kid’s sections for children to take part in arts and crafts, face paintings and more.
A VIP section for guests +21 will feature brand ambassadors from some of the most prestigious tequilas and mezcales offering tastings. VIP guests will also have access to special lounge areas.
*Guests are encouraged to dress according to the Frida Kahlo theme and wear flowers in their hair.
*There will be a Frida Kahlo look alike contests. Prize for the winner!

The event will feature an extensive exhibit of replicas of some of Frida Kahlo's most famous paintings
Art exhibits from talented, local Mexican and Chicano artists will add a special touch to this event
TEQUILA ~"Doctor si me deja tomar este tequila, le prometo no tomar en mi funeral" -Frida Kahlo
Enjoy complimentary tastings from participating premium tequilas and mezcal
Tequila brand ambassadors will showcase their brands and offer expertise about the history, technical process and culture of Mexico's national beverage
FOOD ~ "Todas las frutas habia en el jugo de tus labios." -Frida Kahlo
We will have various food vendors that include a variety of traditional Mexican food, churros, paletas, aguas frescas and more!
