The Pearl will also be serving its new specialty cocktail, A Smoldering Ember, served exclusively at Vista Point. A nod to both Scottish and Latin cuisine, the cocktail is crafted with BenRiach's peated 10-year Curiositas together with a house-made grapefruit cordial and steeped with ancho and red chili peppers to give it that smoky, sweet, and spicy taste profile.
