Part of the acclaimed Napa winery's Virtual Cooking Series, join proprietor Lindsay Hoopes and Chef Preeti Mistry for a culinary adventure pairing delectable dishes with delicious Napa Valley wines. Well known for her tasty Indian cuisine and passionate activism, you'll get to know this inspiring chef while learning how to prepare a variety of unique dishes. All registered participants will be sent a special food box full of Preeti's favorite ingredients along with three bottles of Hoopes Vineyard's premium wines. A memorable interactive experience, you'll enjoy creating and tasting the following dishes during the two hour class:
Pani Puri with Rancho Gordo, Desi Channa, and Tamarind Mint Water
Asparagus with Mustard Fenugreek Masala and Soft Cooked Duck Egg
