Vinyasa Yoga with Live Music at The Laundry

This April, The Laundry is ecstatic to bring you two classes in where we bring in a different Yoga with live musician.

Sunday April 9th @ 3:30pm-5:00pm, come for a 90 minute session with Yogi, Anthony Rocco and bassist, Schuyler Karr. Allow yourself to hear the sounds coming out of Schuyler's second bass instrument and let it flow through your body as Anthony instructs you on which movements to take with his Vinyasa style yoga class.
