At the helm, Executive Chef Albert Nguyen-Phuoc’s inspired culinary concepts are authentic in its roots and sourcing while still fresh and unique in the combining of cultural regions and styles of cuisine.
Personalized service, flexible venues and customized menus define the private dining experience at Toll House Hotel and VERGE Restaurant + Lounge. The redesigned Private Dining Room, located in VERGE, comfortably seats up to 30 guests and is ideal for corporate events, intimate celebrations and rehearsal dinners. This oversized but flexible Summit meeting and event room can be used separately or combined for receptions, events and medium to large sized business gatherings.
The outdoor courtyard patio with an elaborate water feature offers all of the integrated elements of any meeting space, but remains a fully flexible, usable space limited only by the imagination and collaboration of our staff and the planners.
