Vegan Thanksgiving 101 Weekend at Animal Place's Guest House

We want to share our staff favorites for the holidays and get you prepped to make a vegan Thanksgiving dinner with your loved ones. Take your activism to the next level and join us for a two night weekend stay where you will learn how to cook yummy holiday-themed food for dinner! This weekend retreat includes vegan breakfast, time with the animals, barn cleaning with animal care staff, a vegan dinner, and opportunities to enjoy the sanctuary.

Weekend Stay Fees for Two Nights:
Shelby Room (private bathroom) - $250
Bob/Wilbur Room (share bathroom) - $200

Friday
3:00-8:00 pm: Check-in

Saturday
6:30-8:30 am: Continental breakfast
Option 1: 7:30-10:00 am -Help feed the animals
Option 2: 8:30-11:00 am - Help clean barns
2:00-3:30 pm: Tour
3:30-4:30 pm: Free time, relax
4:30-6:30 pm: Cooking demonstration
6:30-7:30pm: Prepared vegan Holiday-food themed dinner
7:30 pm: Board games for those interested

Sunday
6:30-8:30 am: Continental breakfast (with leftovers from dinner)
Option 1: 7:30-10:00 am - Help feed the animals
Option 2: 8:30-10:00 am - Help clean barns
11:00 am: Check out
