Come join Kristin for a vegan cooking lesson to discover how to make a nutritious and complete meal using all plant foods. Kristin combines her background in nutrition and nursing to develop healthy recipes that focus on promoting health but without sacrificing any flavor. You'll learn about the healing power of each ingredient and why you should eat it.
Classes are three hours long and include savoring the dishes you make at the end of class. Classes can be at your space (for a small travel fee) or at my home in Marin.
