About the Palm House
Housed in the original 1854 dairy farm house where Cow Hollow derives its name and situated behind the second oldest palm tree in San Francisco, Palm House evokes a bygone era of tropical leisure. Catch up with friends over al fresco brunch on our front patio “street side” as Union Street passes by, grab a drink and some snacks in our festive main bar atrium while you watch your favorite team on the big screen, or get a little more intimate with dinner in our dining area or private Captain’s Room.
The team at Palm House invite you to escape the worries of the day and to celebrate Island Culture with thirst quenching, sultry libations, and a “Tropics” - inspired menu influenced by the “Spice Trail” cuisines of Cuba, Brazil, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and the British West Indies. Relax, restore, and partake in our unique vision merging the historic San Francisco’s Cow Hollow with a unique spirit through bold flavors, nurturing food, quixotic drinks, and humble service. The old adage, “It’s happy hour somewhere” is our mantra, and these timeless words never sounded so good.
