Get a little dirty in our kitchen this Valentine's Day! Join founder Michael Recchiuti and Creative Director Amanda Snouffer to learn the art of chocolate truffle rolling and decorating.
Guests will:
Learn the techniques of making and cutting chocolate ganache;
Roll and finish chocolate truffles with an assortment of toppings;
Learn to hand-paint and decorate a chocolate molded heart-shaped box that will hold your finished truffles.
The workshop includes:
The creation of your own heart-shaped Box filled with rolled truffles
A glimpse inside Recchiuti’s kitchen
Small plates, cheese, charcuterie, pickled vegetable
Freshly-made desserts and confections
Prosecco, white and red wines, iced tea, water
No chocolate expertise needed. A very limited number of tickets available.
FAQs
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
While there is free street parking throughout the neighborhood, it is very limited. We recommend arriving 20 minutes early, leaving you time to find a parking spot before the event. We are also located near the 20th street stop of the Muni T line.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you do not need to bring your ticket. We will have a list of guests.
Can you accommodate special diets?
