Valentine's Day Celebration at Puerto 27 in Pacifica
On Valentine's Day, Wednesday, February 14, Puerto 27 in Pacifica will open at 7:00 AM and close at 10:00 PM and for dinner there will be a first seating at 5:00 PM with a $60.00 prix fixe menu and a second seating that will go from 7:15 PM with a $75.00 prix fixe menu that will include a glass of sparkling wine or a pisco sour. For both seatings, the main course menu choices will be Pescado, sautéed salmon filet, squid ink calamari rice, aji amarillo lemon butter and a crispy calamari salad; Cordero, grilled pistachio pesto crusted lamb rack, truffle whipped potatoes, mint chimichurri, quinoa taboule and lamb demi; Langostinos, sautéed langoustines, “locro” risotto, roasted kabocha squash, cherry tomatoes and soy balsamic; Tallarín Saltado, tenderloin steak strip, stir fry “lo mein noodles”, roasted vegetables, tausí, huancaina and cilantro; Arroz Con Hongos, roasted forest mushroom “paella”, choclo, peas, huacatay truffle aioli, chimichurri and a poached egg; or Pollo A La Brasa, Jidori all natural rotisserie chicken, crispy marble potatoes, huancaina sauce and broccolini. The band Pure Ecstasy, from 5:30 to 9:30 PM, will perform a live jazz show with classic standards, instrumentals and some mellow Motown, pop and R&B vocals. In the spirit of the occasion, the restaurant’s tableclothes will be red and adorned with candles. All prices exclude tax and gratuity.
